Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her portrayals of public defense Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. Her roles include a variety of other shows besides acting. She was raised with siblings and brothers in Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's wife, poetess Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School was where she studied and cheered. She was briefly a student at Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. In a private note, Post was earlier engaged to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is Post's husband since 1982. They have two daughters. She is a wonderful actress and ideal mother and wife. Post is an example for many in Hollywood.
