Gilpin continued to get TV guest appearances throughout time. Her first big break was in 2013, when she was cast as a regular on Nurse Jackie. Gilpin, playing the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin, appeared in 34 episodes of Nurse Jackie before the show ended on June 15, the 15th of June, 2015. Gilpin was a part of True Story (2015) the following year.
